Managing Director & Co-Founder:
Rob Fennell BEng (Hons) MPhil IEng MIMechE
Rob Fennell completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham in 2009, before embarking a career in the Royal Air Force as an Engineering Officer. Always maintaining a keen interest in sustainability and innovation, he subsequently completed an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development at the University of Cambridge in 2024. He set up Philanthropic Ltd in 2025 with wife and co-founder Rachel.

Rachel Fennell
Rachel Fennell completed a BA(Hons) in History at Oxford Brookes University in 2016, before embarking on a career as a Commercial Officer within the Civil Service. Subsequently moving into the private sector in 2021, she co-founded Philanthropic Ltd with husband Rob in 2025.
