Subscription Policy

If you take out a subscription, upon checkout you will be charged and debited monthly on the same date until you decide
to cancel. There is no minimum contract period.

Should you change your mind after starting a subscription, you may request a refund within the first 14 days and we will refund and cancel your subscription with immediate effect. After this period we will cancel your subscription and payments will cease immediately, however you will not be entitled to a refund. Should you believe you have reason to justify a refund, please contact Philanthropic via our Contact Us page and we will consider this on a case by case basis.

Customers can cancel anytime, and payments will cease immediately providing the service is cancelled before
the next payment is due.
